1. We were supposed to get a free amenity (fruit & cheese plate) and room service told us when they get to it they will get to it, when it came up it was the most anemic looking cheese plate I saw.

5. had to call down 3 hours after check in and ask for the welcome amenity, arrived without even a 'happy anniversary' We stayed in a Deluxe King and the room was in desperate need of a makeover, did not feel 'cool, hip, or luxurious'.

10. We usually stay at the Ritz Carlton at Central Park, a lovely hotel with all amenities and at about the same rate, you actually get a room that can be heated if the temp drops outside.
