1. The room that I had requested was not ready and the management upgraded me to the Thompson suite for the same charge as the room I had booked .

2. Nice bakery around the corner, teas and coffees plus 4 Croissant $18.00 There is a trend for some places to charge everything including taxes and then add 18% for gratuity and THEN leave a TIP option.

3. I didn't even bother to check-out for fear of being further delayed, but if the manager is reading this, I hope they will have the decency of at the very least refunding the $10 wi-fi charge.

5. Since I did not use the minibar at all, I called the reception and the staff person removed the charge (supposedly - I`m waiting for confirmation that my credit card was credited).
