The first impression is that it is in a very quiet location, I was glad of this after a couple of days fighting the crowds around Times Square, the hotel staff were great, from the check in to the delivery of luggage to our room, we were on the 12th floor, the room was great, bigger than expected and well decrated, even had a view from the window.

8. I was not told upon check-in even that the third floor is noisy though the staff told their boss that I was warned, which really annoyed me.

10. had to call down 3 hours after check in and ask for the welcome amenity, arrived without even a 'happy anniversary' We stayed in a Deluxe King and the room was in desperate need of a makeover, did not feel 'cool, hip, or luxurious'.
