1. They sure love tips though!;^)During check-out I mentioned that the hotel was really loud and the desk clerk, who also checked us in, kind of snickered and said, 'Oh, well, you were right above the bar.

2. I didn't even bother to check-out for fear of being further delayed, but if the manager is reading this, I hope they will have the decency of at the very least refunding the $10 wi-fi charge.
