We returned later and nothing was fixed, we then headed down to reception the next morning found the staff rude and not very helpful, we told them again what happened got told someone would be up fix it later, so asked where are we suppose to leave passports and money got told we could leave it their little safes but then got to be told if we lost the key we would have to pay $100, I didn't appreciate the worry of trying to make sure we didn't lose that key and our safe didn't get fixed until wednesday bit pointless when we were leaving thursday at midday and another thing was that we had no control over the temperature in our room and it was constantly on hot and every time we turned the aircon on the room service would come in and switch it off, plus the wifi was awful especially when i wanted to e-mail home about my trip.
