1. We were allowed to check in early by a very friendly clerk and the concierge brought us to our room.

2. The staff were friendly - even at 3.30 in the morning when jetlag woke us with hunger pangs - the concierge happily directed us to 'Scotty's' diner round the corner (open 24hours) for a very delicious meal.

4. The concierge was always friendly and helpful and took care of restaurant details, luggage, Towncar to the airport, etc. Best of all, the front desk gave us a 3.5 hour late check-out with no charge.

6. The concierge let us check our bags on our last day since we checked out at 11 a.m. and didn't catch our flight until 5 p.m. That was a huge plus.
