4. The concierge was always friendly and helpful and took care of restaurant details, luggage, Towncar to the airport, etc. Best of all, the front desk gave us a 3.5 hour late check-out with no charge.

10. The most recent time I was there, the front desk staff was very helpful, and they even upgrade our room for free when they found out we had been there frequently and were traveling with people who had never been to the city before.
