4. Staff members who seemingly do not like their job, several things in the room needing repair, nearly one hour before someone could tell me how to access the in room wifi, extremely slow check in process, etc. etc. I wont be back.

5. I would suggest staying at the Sheraton BWI if staying with a family so that you have more room or if your are a SPG gold or plat member for their members lounge and free breakfast, though they do have a daily charge for WiFi.
