1. The room was great (we loved the big TV and very comfortable bed, and the nifty panel where you could hook up your electronic gear to the TV was a neat idea), and the morning receptionist/manager was very on the ball and friendly.

2. The Manager - Larry was great and if you stay here you must go to the Acqua Restaurant which is next door in the Hilton ( and you get 10% discount) - If you do make sure you ask for a server called Sierra - she was great - a fun person who really new the menu and made sure we had a good time.

7. After the only 3 employees working called in a manager, and an hour later, the 4 of us were moved for 'free' to the only room left, with 1 king size bed.

8. *A little after 5:30pm, housekeeping decided to show up, because of the request from the manager who took me with her to fetch the towels.

9. ' A bit miffed by that time, I walked down to the front desk, complained to one of their managers, then accompanied her upstairs to the 5th floor to get some towels before returning to my room a few floors below.
