5. Arriving at the hotel, the self check in kisok failed to work so I checked in at the desk, which was staffed by just one person.

8. Staff members who seemingly do not like their job, several things in the room needing repair, nearly one hour before someone could tell me how to access the in room wifi, extremely slow check in process, etc. etc. I wont be back.
