2. A free light continental breakfast like Hyatt Place would be nice, as they have all the offerings but have a hefty charge for them.

3. I would suggest staying at the Sheraton BWI if staying with a family so that you have more room or if your are a SPG gold or plat member for their members lounge and free breakfast, though they do have a daily charge for WiFi.

4. When I talked to someone, I discovered that the only way to remedy this hotel's mistake is for me to send another authorization over with my company's information to charge their card.

6. Apparently my information can be held, just in case someone gets the urge to charge random guests amounts that have no explanation.
