1. 2 suggestions to Management-please put an extra blanket in the closet for cool nights and get some real big pillows for the bed, not those things you have which we use as chair pillows at home.

3. We did indeed have a balcony in a room with two double beds, a table and chairs (pluse a table and two chairs on the balcony), flat panel TV, very large closet complete with safe and full size ironing board and iron.

7. the air conditioner would quit and need attention, the toilet was mounted crooked, the closet clothes rack was broken and hanging down, the bathroom tile was stained and cracked, the safe was non functional and the room had obviouslly been in a fire at some point and smelled of smoke.
