1. (nice to know before you get there but nope!) Then even worse when you did request things like fresh towels or toilet paper they mostly did not come and you had to hunt down the cleaning people on your own.

4. During the proceeding five days, we called both housekeeping and reception on several occassions requesting clean towels, toilet roles, garbage bags etc. On each occassion, we needed to call again because the message just didnt seem to get through.
