1. I hate it as much as anyone else, but hotels are becoming like the airlines with their baggage fees, seeking other revenue streams.

2. The only downfall was that parking fee, you could park cheaper per day across the street but that is my only complaint.

3. Outrigger paid the difference and got me a beautiful room at no extra cost to me including taking care of Hyatt's resort fees.

6. Cons: Large pool close to highway noise, our unit overlooked the parking lot, not enough microwave cookware, dining area (bar) only accomodates 4, $50 registration fee, $100 cleaning fee (no daily maid service for this unit, clean when we arrived, cleaned when we left), $15/day parking fee.

8. Two criticisms: 1) the $15 a night fee that Aina Nalu charge for parking a car is ridiculous and 2) on two occasions when having a shower late in the evening (after 9:30pm) we had little to no hot water which was annoying.
