1. The concierge was helpful in providing recommendations for excursion providers, but we generally made the reservations ourselves instead of waiting for them to make the reservations for us.

7. The guy who looks like *Ron Burgundy (*see the movie 'Anchorman') at the concierge desk will still do the entire parking pass routine even if you tell him up front to avoid the song/dance + trouble as we were not going to do a timeshare presentation.

8. The activities discount card you receive from the concierge is likely not worth the 1/2 day you will lose while waiting for the sales agent to stop talking so you can leave.
