5. I will say the room layout was good--two bedroom, two bath, plenty of room, nice jetted tub in master suite, big covered porch with nice outdoor furniture, kitchenette, etc. Overall, not bad, except for the dated rooms and bugs.

8. so remember to either ask for coffee or get it yourself, pick-up your own towels, keep the kitchen and bath clean because housekeeping is also on skeleton crew (and probably paid coolie wages), and drive carefully on the narrow road around the property.

9. It has everything, comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, big Lani, washer/dryer, beautiful grounds with Hawaiian trees, fruit etc.It is just up the street from the best snorkeling bay.
