1. The orientation provided two sentences worth of useful travel information but was otherwise an ongoing sales pitch for other packaged activities provided by Wyndham or their associates at an additional charge.

3. After calling a couple times to the front desk, finally someone explained to us that other Wyndham resorts have that service but this resort was maintained by a different management agency and if we wanted our place vacuumed and cleaned mid-week that it would be a $75 charge.
