1. ' It was too late to attend any of the other classes that had already started, so we ended up taking a walk around the property (which is beautiful!) Then, the night before we were scheduled to leave, I had arranged for us to attend the Chef's Dinner, but it was cancelled.

I loved:- Cardio Dance Zumba - so joyous and fun!- I Chi Flow - tai chi in the 98 degree pool followd by a hot tub dip - very relaxing/soothing- Quantum Leap - jumping off a 35 foot pole in a safety harness - challenges you to face your fears and build confidence- Evening Photography Walk - learned some great new techniques from a talented teacher- Introductory Mountain Biking techniques - 1 hour lesson followed by 1 hr moderately dificult bike ride- Workshop on Breathwork - amazing teachings from a yoga instructor on ways to relax the body with the right inhales and exhalesThe food was good.

3. The instructor lets you borrow nice Canon cameras and at each stop along the walk, will teach you a new function on the camera.

9. I managed to do the Equine Experience, Rock Climb Wall, hiking, multiple seminars, lots of workouts, cooking demo, lunches with experts and a private session and yet still felt that i had lots of downtime to relax and walk around the property.
