1. When I mentioned the treatment I received at the end of my stay while waiting for the van the manager of the resort let me know that when you by a 4 million dollar villa of course those people would get different treatment and that I should realize'this is life' I was so angered by her response I hung up.

2. I have been coming to Miraval since shortly after it opened, and while it has always been very good, it has REALLY gone to the top level (5 stars) under the very capable direction and excellent vision of Michael Tompkins its General Manager and President.
