8. The Quiet Room, 3-levels of pools, outdoor spa rooms (awesome!) and ladies locker room (spacious) were all first-rate.

9. After about a dozen calls and messages, I finally got through to speak with someone to book my daily spa service (a $110 credit per day is included in the exorbitant rates, to be used either at the spa or by booking one-on-one sessions such as photo hikes, private trainer sessions etc.).

10. It seems they have responded to the negative criticism by adding classes, etc. On a 1-10 scale, we would rate it >9.5.
