1. From the spa desk, to the restaurant, to the yoga department, to the greeting/check-in, every single person was friendly, helpful, great at his/her job, and a pleasure to get to know.

3. From the moment I was graciously met at the entrance after a seamless, friendly and comfortable transfer from the airport, I felt the specialness--all had been thoughtfully organized, check in was a breeze, the place radiates tranquility and beauty.

8. Check-in is handled by one of the guest services staff who books your spa appointments as well as taking you on a tour of the property and gives you an orientation to Miraval.
