1. Only wishes: that they had suites with configurations beyond just a single king bed; that the front desk personnel were slightly more efficient at check-in and check-out.

7. Check-in was fast and freindly, great service in and out with the valet , only problem with valet was the amount of cars being checked because of the Hotel hosting a Talent Search in the meeting rooms ( alot of parents with the NEXT ENTERTAINMENT SENSATION ).

8. We are also memebrs of Starwood so we received a early check-in which was nice however we arrived in our room to find no waters which front desk said would be there, no big deal we called down twice before they finally brought it up.
