One day, the maids never made up our room until we came back in the late afternoon to get ready for an evening function only to find the room was never done though we told the maid we were leaving at 11a.m.Finally, when I was about to use the room internet, I called to see i if it was included in our rate, I was told it was, however, in our bill we were charged for usage.

8. Also, I tried to sort out the bill the night before as we wanted to make an early start; the front desk fellow seem to understand but the bill came out rather wrong; my restaurant charges ended up on my roommates section of the bill and the room split wasn't right.
