1. There are lots of expensive boutiques like Chanel, etc. in the hotel but more fun across the street.

3. We usually stay on the other end of the strip closer to the center so we chose the Encore this time, the location was great, right across the street from the Fashion Show mall.

4. Personally I like the location being a little south of 'hubub', Fashion Show Mall is right across the street with plenty of shopping and restaurants, you can also catch the bus here to reach other parts of the strip or downtown.

6. Restaurants are pricey as in any high end hotel, but there is a big mall located across the street with plenty of cheap eats at the food court, and shopping if you're into it.
