1. All these issues were expressed to a very nice front desk manager, and she apologized for the issues, she offered to send up a bottle of liquor that was the choice of our bachelor which was Blue Label by Johnnie Walker.

BOOKING YOUR RESERVATIONSIt really is better to talk to the front desk department than the reservation department if you have special requests: ie (adjoining rooms, high floor, quiet etc) We mentioned that our Mother was celebrating her birthday when making our reservation with the front desk department and delivered a whole cake to her room when we checked in so we could celebrate.
