1. Through out my party they checked on us to see if we needed ice, trash taken out and etc. The valet guys were great help with helping us unload and loading the cars.

4. The downside is that it runs on a fixed schedule so you usually have to time yourself to its schedule, though it will help you out on other occasions if the valet staff are available.

7. It is rare to find a hotel where every part of the operation is run smoothly and with such caring staff: the valet men, the lovely parking attendant, awesome front desk staff, housekeeping staff, concierage, shop lady, etc. In addition, the location of this hotel is exceptional.
