1. The staff was friendly, however one in particular went out of her way to make sure we were taken extra care of when it come to our quality of room, comfort and helping us out with a parking discount since this was a medical trip we were on.

5. My rate was like $129 and she adjusted it down to $64, she told me there was a discounted rate for MD Anderson, then said we also take half off on parking (but I didn't have a car, good to know for next time).

The reason for the overbooking was a girl scout convention and people staying there for the hospital (this place gives discounts for people that are going through cancer treatment in the med center) She paid for the night in the quality inn, gave us the 2nd night free, and gave us the 3rd night for the bid price.
