At Check out the clrk asked me how weverything was and I just said ' it could have been much better ' The clerk responded by telling me to call a Manager on Duty named Mandy Gates or Bates ( Not sure ) who will give me a Gift Certificate if I filled out a positive review about the Hotel on Trip Advisor.

3. When it came time to check out, Mr Chris checked us out, he was a really helpful and professional worker and he made us feel like the doors are always open to us.
