1. Our room was not even made up the first day, and when we came back at 8 pm from work to find everything a mess the housekeeper argued with us about whether or not we had wanted fresh towels.

2. It was completely empty when we arrived (10pm on Saturday), and there were plenty of clean machines in working order (ellipticals, treadmills, exercise bikes) along with weights, plentiful clean towels and water.

3. The fitness center is on the 3rd floor and very spacious with LifeCycle equipment, towels, cold water, etc. B&O restaurant is adjacent to the hotel and food/service is excellent.

5. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower but no tub and the towel bar/hooks were quite far away with no option to hang your towel/robe anywhere nearby.
