1. They do things right at all their properties, from stuff as simple as power outlets and usb chargers right where you want them to the luxurious bathrooms and (if you are a rewards member) the opportunity to raid the mini bar for a snack and beverage free of charge.

2. One word of advice: the valet parking was VERY expensive (somewhere around $30 a night!) and there are several parking garages in pretty close vicinity to the hotel that will charge a MUCH cheaper rate (around $15 - $20 a night) so unless you require your car be parked by valet, I would seek out the surrounding parking garages.

4. He listened to us and removed the room service charge, assuring us he would make sure our experiences were relayed to management.

5. If you need to park, I would advise any of the numerous underground locations around the hotel, that charge you about $15-20 a day.

They charge $36 a day, and when we checked out we had to stand outside in the cold with our bags for over 30 minutes (yes, 30 minutes) while the understaffed valets ran around trying to get numerous couples their cars, which where parked in a nearby public parking lot (had we been smarter, we would have simply used it).

7. Cover charge is $5 before 8:00pm and then increases to $10.
