1. But the room and its amenities and features were the same, even down to the desk seat (which I love!)When we arrove (by car) we were greated by a doorman who explained that the lobby is in the upstairs reception hall, and he escorted us right to the front desk.

4. the decor, quality of fixtures and customer service were all subpar and disappointing for a Kimptonthe cleaniless and decor in the room was better than the lobby, elevators, and hallways but the super thin walls or connecting door allowed us to know to much about our neighborsthe dog friendly amenities such as the close dog park and bowls were welcomed and comfy for traveling with pets.
