1. It took over an hour from my first request (I had to ask them a second time before they did something) before the sheets were changed.

3. The rooms are small but nice, the beds are pretty comfy except for the fact that one of the beds only had sheets (no comforter) so it was pretty chilly at night and when we requested one we were told to wait for the maid service in the morning so we did and still nothing.
