1. The hotel offers valet parking for $30 a day, however find parking was a breeze during our stay and parking on the road is much cheaper ($19.05 per day, pay at a central pay-station allowing you to use multiple parking spots on one paid ticket, meters run from 9am-Midnight).

2. This was reasonable considering the parking situation in South Beach, 20 minutes is not a long time.
"Great rooms, incompetent staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/9/2009 Vote
3. No parking - either have to pay a fortune at a garage, or plug a meter except for between midnight and 9 am.

4. We had a rental car and the hotel does not have their own parking.

6. but we had to find our own parking after circling a very busy street because no one was around (we were able to find a meter for a reasonable rate down the street)- We had to wait over an hour to check in as there is only one front desk agent (which is understandable for a boutique hotel but there was one group of 15 people ahead of us, clearly they needed more staff that day!)- Great location, 2 blocks away from the beach and close to the clubs- Rooms were very art deco, very funky (but VERY slow free wi-fi)- Be sure to clarify what's included in the happy hour as the bartender told us after we got our drinks- Front desk was nice enough to give us complimentary club passesWe were still relatively happy with out choice until we went out for a late night and found a large cockroach in the shower the next morning.

8. The hotel was very nicely decorated and easy to find; valet service for $30 a day however, it was easy to find parking on the road close to the hotel and it was a lot cheaper ($5 every 4hrs from 9am to Midnight = $19.05 a day, plus you pay at a universal pay-station, allowing you park at multiple spots through out the day).
