1. the room had a mini fridge, stove, glasses, clean bed sheets, etc. its a bit outdated but if you are there to enjoy southbeach and just pretty much shower and sleep this is the a great place to stay.

7. My advice to those seeking a stay in South Beach should is to dish out the extra cash and stay somewhere where there won't be stains in the sheets, thin walls, no locks on the door between the rooms, and working water.

8. The sheets never were changed and we stayed there for 5 days and four nights, although housekeeping pushed carts with sheets around as if they were changing them.

9. The owner DID express concern that our wet clothes might damage the beds of the room she had put us into (with two very lump single beds, a much smaller room, next to an exit) and very quickly got her maintenance men to bring plastic sheets to cover the bed with.
