1. Housekeeping comes everyday, but just sprays the tub with some off brand bleach solution, the bathroom was so dirty we just asked them to leave us bleach to clean it ourselves, the t.

2. The sheets never were changed and we stayed there for 5 days and four nights, although housekeeping pushed carts with sheets around as if they were changing them.

3. Housekeeping did not speak a word of english and called management whenever we tried to explain what we wanted.

The housekeeping didn't clean the room in the morning while we were out because they were "busy" and when we came back to the hotel at lunch time they wanted to make the service at this time and wanted we leave the room imediately,and when we ask them to wait for 40min,we would eat something and take a shower,they said that they couldn't wait because they were leaving.
