1. On the last day we were told to pay an additional $50 to stay 3 hours after check out so we could have somewhere to put our bags, come to find out they actually hold your bags for you for free.

2. Did not talk to them much but they are not bad and they let you check out a little later if necassary and they hold your luggage for you in the lobby if you have a late flight.

5. The only good thing about the hotel was the fact that they hold your luggage for you if you have a late flight and need to check out early.

6. After my check out, 2 days later hotel charges my credit card 111.87 for no reason and when I call no one wants to deal with me and simply hanging up on me or sometimes saying they'll call back and never do.

7. They also charged my card for a refundable $50 deposit at the begning of the trip that still has not been credited back to my account two weeks after check out.
