We returned from a long day of exploring southern Florida to find that our room was closed off with that yellow construction tape and a non-English speaking man who simply told me to go downstairs (there's a very low rate of English speakers in this hotel; I speak lots of languages but not, alas, Spanish or Yiddish).

5. my husband and myself were walk in guests, we had a room rates brochure, which said that the rooms are $59.99 per night, when we went into the reception we were told by the man on the front desk that that rate wasnt available but could have a double room for $89.
