5. Haddon Hall should be called Haddon Hell, it is filthy dirty, they require and additional deposit when you check in that they don't mention on the phone.

6. We arrived at 9am and check-in is usually 4 but we were able to get in the room by 12 which was awesome.

7. However I don't ever use the front desk for anything other then the check in/out, so I'm not sure what peoples expectations here are.

8. First of all, I was received by a grumpy old man at frontdesk with zero amability, I got early for check in and I had to put my stuff in a room to be kept until check in by myself, when I asked for directions I was given a map and asked to see it myself.
