7. Not only would this man not allow me to call my husband from the front desk phone, but when my husband began calling the hotel repeatedly, asking to speak to me (I was standing right there) the man informed my husband he would not be allowed to speak to me because I was acting rude.

8. The rooms have a full kitchen and if you needed pots and pans all you had to do is ask the front desk.
