1. I would highly recommend going across the street to the Paia Fish Market and try the opa fish tacos.

5. We ate lunches at Flatbread and Paia Fish Market, and got breakfast treats at Anthony's across the street (to supplement the delicious muffins and scones that are complimentary on the Inn's great patio every morning).

6. Paia Fish Market just across the street on the corner is the best place to get the fresh catch of the day from the local fishermen (one of the best meals for the price on the island) and lots of other great cafes and bars in Paia as well.

7. but my husband saw it differently and was grateful to have something to watch while I got ready to go to the beach/go to dinner, etc. There is a wonderful coffee shop across the street which we didn't discover until we were on the way out of town (we stayed only 2 days).

9. The rooms were very nice: comfortable beds with ample storage for luggage underneath, modern fixtures, air conditioning, proper insulation from exterior noise, nice electronics, etc. The coffee and pastries provided by the coffee shop across the street were a great touch.
