4. There is a pharmacy, grocer, several cafe's, lunch, and dinner spots in the area (within walking distance) as well as lots of treats like gelato, cocktails, shaved ice, yoga, jewelry, gorgeous clothing, art galleries etc. If you have a rental car, parking is free in the private hotel lot just around the corner from the building that houses the Inn.

5. We had such a good vibe from the hotel that we decided to forego the fancy dinner and instead grabbed a pizza from Flatbread Pizza (around the corner, MUST check it out) and we ate in the courtyard.

8. BUT Mama's is several miles out of the town center, and at the Paia Inn, you don't even need a car to walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, gelato, the beach, etc. AND one of the nicest front desk and back office support staffs you will ever meet.
