To make up for the construction the hotel waived our parking
fee
and also gave us free meal tickets for the week.

BTW, we complained about our issues, and they waived the 14.00 per day parking
fee
, which we thought was cool.

We booked this hotel through priceline, which had an added bonus of including the resort
fee
in the price bidded.

Useful info for people considering a stay; you need a car (with a GPS), get over the $14 parking
fee
, try the rib eye at the restaurant, book your activities through Yuki at the activity desk, enjoy a drink at sunset beside the fire at the pool.

parking
fee
is a bit over the top for a hotel that does have extensive space for parking.

So bare with me and let me vent: 1) parking
fee
s - $14 per night to park in a mostly empty lot; 2) Doors that slam (and the people who let them slam behind them instead of closing them gently).

TIP: know that you are going to have to pay the $14 per day for parking but there is NO resort
fee
so you should negotiate your lowest possible rate before you get there.
