2. If you want more space at a better price, I'd check out the Best Western suites that are a block from this hotel.

3. We arrived Saturday morning for a wedding reception that evening and from our early check-in with the helpful registration staff and very friendly valet service to our late check out on Monday afternoon, my daughter and I had a great time.

The property has a great location -- a five minute walk to the Coconut Marketplace (shopping, mostly ultra-touristy, restaurants, a movie theater and a karaoke bar), a two minute drive to Kapaa (check out the great chai lattes, fresh tuna salad sandwiches and the word of the day at Java Kai), 25 minutes to either Poipu Beach or Princeville if no traffic (although it seems there is usually traffic into Lihue).

8. I just ask her to be moved to a clean room so that I can shower and maybe get a little sleep before check out.

9. I head to check out of the hotel where I pay my bill and then the head of sales comes down to met as well and the manager on duty.

10. 3) this hotel had great bargains/freebies included in the room charge like a free outdoor movie night & discounts on the restaurants on site, so check out what they're providing during your stay4) ask for a room on the 4th floor since they have vaulted ceilings.
