1. I would not say immaculately clean, as i did see a hair on the bathroom floor and one on the throw blanket but clean enough and everything worked including the a/cThe shower water heated up fine and there was sufficient pressure.

2. Cons: walk to path train(although short), there is no breakfast served, no daily maid service, path trains slow on weekends, older TV sets and shower heads,no much nearby after hours.
