1. Overall i would say the staff is friendly; and the amenities provided (kitchen, utensils) are very much sufficient to make you comfortable from day one.

I booked a studio with a queens bed for two nights and was mighty pleased with the checkin (brisk), self service top-up store (good for a snack and not for a meal), room amenities (dishes, microwave, dish washer, stove etc.The choice of TV channels was a tad limited, but not really important when you are here for business and a short stay.
