5. I have stayed here several times but this time was different, not as well kept, had to call front desk several times regarding air conditioner not working, finally after an hour or so after check in the maintanence man came to the room to fix it.

6. I had a problem as the staff during reservation time and during check in did not accurately describe the room, this left us one bed short and with someone having to sleep on the floor.
