1. Everything you need is within walking distance including access to the streetcar.

I stayed here with my son while visiting Tulane-wanted to stay in the French Quarter, even though Tulane was a bit far away-The room was perfect size-I upgraded to a larger room-we had comfortable beds-the room was cleaned immaculately each day-one night I was awaken by a drunk guest, but this is the price you pay for staying so close to Bourbon street-the hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool/bar-It is perfectly situated to walk to most areas of New Orleans-I will definitely stay here again when I return to my favorite city.

7. The staff was very nice, the room was nice (if a little on the small side, kinda like Paris), the food was excellent, and the location is just perfect, right in the quarter so lots of great places are within walking distance.
