2. The Omni Royal really excelled when we were catching a flight at last minute, the staff took care of, parcelled and Fed-Ex-ed a box for us (something we're not used to in the UK!) I was sure we were hitting a HUGE bill when it arrived (3 days after us in Northern Ireland) - instead a very reasonable cost with seemingly no extra charge from the hotel.
