1. Even after I showed them the price I was quoted and HAD ALREADY PAID, they said that I would not refunded the additional 'fees' I was charged upon arrival, even though the amount I had previously paid included taxes and fees.

5. Well when we check out we get the sassy girl who checked us in and she refused to refund me my money for parking and said I needed a manager to do so, not to mention she has NO people skills.
