1. From the moment we checked in on Friday to check out on Monday they were friendly, smiling, and asking about our visit and how the race went.

4. Finally, we check out and waited for the valet to bring our oversized vehicle (don't offer onsite parking) to the hotel (we sat for a good 1/2 hr or so waiting before they called the valet people a 2nd time to bring it and that took another 1/2 hr).

6. thats why you ask for a bill prior to check out so you can see what they charged you for and you have a better chance at negotiating the fees.

10. Valet parking only had one attendent at check out time and didn't seemed to be in any hurry to find the car.
